• vrmendoza26: The answer depends on the person. In this day and age psychologists have managed to label personality types which fall into certain categories. Are you type A or type B? Are you an introvert or extrovert? To fully understand this quote you have to understand how an individuals mind works. Certain individuals would agree with the idea that who you spend your life with is extremely important. Others would state its not who you spend your time with, but how you spend your time. It all comes down to self satisfaction. Sure you can be in love with someone and chase your goals/dreams, but not every individual can have an entire cake and eat it too.
